Our consultation rates are competitive, charged hourly, and are only for the work involved in your project. This often translates to thousands of dollars in cost-savings for your organization. After this, we provide a precise estimate of the proposed solution, project timeline, and associated fees. You will always have final say in approval. At numerous checkpoints—typically 3, 6, and 12 months as we assess consequential outcomes—you receive an itemized list documenting precisely where our time has been spent. While some of what an outside consultant does can be managed internally, confidentiality always becomes a concern. As licensed psychologists, we are bound by the APA code of ethics to keep our relationship with your organization confidential. We will always clarify and receive consent from your team about the nature and objectives of our services, the probable uses and intended recipients of data we collect, our relationship with each party, and any limits of confidentiality. We provide assessments and consultations that give everyone confidence in the privacy of their results, minimize biased reporting, and provide honest insights. We also have Business Associates Agreements (BAA) in place to ensure that all surveys, telehealth services, and communication tools we use are secure, HIPAA compliant, and safely protect your organization’s data.
